“Pizza Diavola,” translating to the devil’s pizza, is a delightfully spicy creation and ranks among my personal favorites.
If you relish the fiery heat and bold chili flavors, this pizza recipe is sure to satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients:
- 2 pizza dough balls
 - 3.5 ounces Mozzarella
 - 14 ounces Passata
 - 7 ounces Spicy Salami
 - 2 fresh chillies
 - Extra virgin olive oil
 - Salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 410°F.
 - Roll out each pizza dough ball to approximately 12 inches in diameter using a circular stretching technique or a rolling pin.
 - Prepare the sauce by combining the passata with three tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
 - Slice the spicy salami into thin pieces and finely chop the fresh chillies (be cautious about touching your eyes afterward).
 - Slice or dice the mozzarella.
 - Add half of the tomato sauce to each pizza base, spreading it evenly and leaving a half-inch perimeter.
 - Top with mozzarella, spicy salami, and finish with the chopped chillies.
 - Drizzle with additional olive oil.
 - Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden.
 - Remove from the oven, slice, and savor your delicious pizza diavola.
